Building the pentagon Panels

The triangles which would form the first pentagon panel were bolted together on the floor slab, and then the next pentagons were bolted together onto of the first panel, using it as a template.

Raising the pentagon panels.

Once all five of the lower pentagon panels were bolted together, the first panel was turned over, its base was placed on the base plate, raised by hand, and then supported by 2x4 temporary supports.

Pentagon panels raised.

Soon all five lower pentagon panels were raised and supported. This would not be a good time for a wind to come up, but our day was great.
