The top third of the dome was shingled by climbing up the scaffold and out the open skylight, then working up, supported by safety ropes.
The ladder on the top of the dome, placed over an open skylight, was fitted with a rope and pulley system to help lift the heavy bundles of shingles. External insulation has been added on the vertical panels, and doors and windows have been installed.
