Renee, I am SO sorry to hear about Harley. He did not deserve ANY of this!!! I thank God you were able to adopt him back and give him the chance he deserves to find a LOVING, CARING forever home!! I am repulsed at the attitude of some dog owners. A dog is a big responsibility that cannot be taken lightly!! SOME people in our society feel pets are disposable.... Well, they're NOT!!! They are living, breathing creatures.... that need love and an understanding, responsible owner. Thank you as always for going the extra mile for your charges. Harley is in the best of hands and I know he will soon find a loving forever home. Hang in there Harley!!! We are all rooting for you boy!! Renee L 

Just had to comment on Harley... this brings tears to my eyes. It's extremely upsetting to think that these people would bother to lie to you about how he was doing and what kind of a home he was in. If they didn't want him at least return him to you where he could be placed again in a proper home. Poor thing, I can't imagine not caring and just leaving him at the "pound" to die. I just don't understand it. Every time I hear/read one of your stories like this, it makes me go home and hug my dogs and cats harder, as if it would help all those other poor, lonely, mistreated animals. At least I know mine are spoiled rotten; I wish they all could be. You are all and inspiration and help to see that there are some good people to offset the cruelty in this world.
