That poor cold dog! I cannot believe anybody could be so heartless. I hope he runs all night so he can keep himself warm, and tomorrow, hopefully gives up trying to find the selfish people who dumped him into the cold. I know that the staff will not sleep well until he is warm and safe in the shelter. Obviously they missed the blog about Kisco. Sandi
