OMG!!!!!!!!! I saw that cat in the morning, on the way to drop off my kids at their caregiver. Sitting at the light I was thinking to myself "I wonder if Renee knows about this poor guy, I wonder if she's the one who should be called. I wonder if I can get him off the road...but how would I, and what would I do with him, with both of my kids in the car." I couldn't believe that, not only had the poor guy been hit once, but others had obviously not worried about running over him again. When I see things like this, whether it be an animal we would consider a "pet," or our wonderful wildlife such as raccoons, it upsets me to no end to know that if that were a person, no one, NO ONE, would ever think to run it over again, and again. Then, with teary eyes, I drove on, like a coward.... Nicole
