I have been putting up a sign in the post office each winter that would have our Markdale residents call Crime Stoppers if they are concerned for a chained dog. As it stands right now I think I am ahead as somebody(s) keep taking my sign down ... but like a trooper, I keep putting it up [weekly]. Elaine W.
