There is a new addition to the family!
Her name is Leslie Pauline and she weighs about 8 lbs.
I have adopted her from an agency in Lansing, Michigan.
My good friend Mr. E. Clayton Conrad helped broker the arrangements, and personally delivered Leslie to me.
Leslie Pauline is a 2001 Gibson Les Paul Standard in Wine Red. Her serial number is stamped: 01431551 Made in USA.
I purchased her on consignment for $1350USD
The Gibson Les Paul Standard, Manufactured in Nashville, TN, has a carved Maple top on a Mahogany body, with a single ply binding. Mine has a 1950's style rounded neck. The fingerboard is Rosewood with Pearl(oid) trapezoid inlays. The neck is also bound. It has a Tune-o-matic with a Stopbar tailpiece. This model has Gold Gibson "Speed" knobs for the controls and Grover licensed tuners.
