Anne Duke Judd writes, edits, and gardens in Saugeen Shores, Ontario. A freelance writer and editor since 1974, her work appears in a number of regional periodicals, such as The Rural Voice, The Country Connection and Mosaic.

In May 2008, She was Poet of the Month for the Owen Sound Public Library/Sun Times poetry project

Grandmothers’ Gardens, her collection of poems honouring six women, is sold to raise funds for the Stephen Lewis Foundation through the grandmothers’ campaign.

Indian River Tales is a compilation of stories, poems, facts and folklore about the river where she grew up, in Port Carling, Muskoka. Her latest book, Bruce Day by Day, grew out of her curiosity about Bruce County people and communities and the stories she has written about them in the forty years since moving here.

A leader of copy-editing workshops, she is a founder of Broad Horizons Books.
